Gas Bottle Tail Lift
A tail lift, also known as a Cargolift, tailgate lift, liftgate, or loading platform, is a hydraulically operated lifting system installed at the rear of commercial vehicles such as trucks, lorries, trailers, semi-trailers, and vans. It helps simplify loading and unloading by providing a movable platform between the vehicle floor and ground level.
The platform can raise or lower goods and support the movement of pallets and rolling containers. Depending on the design, it can also function as a loading ramp or close the rear of the vehicle when not in use. Tail lifts help reduce loading and unloading time by allowing goods to be transferred between the vehicle and ground level with less manual handling. Using a pallet truck, operators can move pallets and rolling containers onto the platform and raise them to the vehicle floor. This makes deliveries more convenient, particularly at locations without loading docks, fixed ramps, or forklift equipment.
